Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy stay with silent rooms overlooking an internal courtyard. The staff is attentive and goes the extra mile, handling everything efficiently. The location is fantastic, being close to the main shopping area and friendly local attractions. The dining experience is pleasant, though some improvements could enhance it. Overall, a good value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were well-decorated and in good condition, but they were a bit small and the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, leaving a stale smell. On the bright side, the room was extensive in space, quiet away from road noise, and had an amazingly comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were excellent.
I stayed on the fourth floor with amazing views, although the room was warm with no air conditioning. The hotel looked modern but lacked complimentary toiletries. Great view but noisy due to a wedding during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was large, spacious, and quiet, with comfy beds and excellent bathroom facilities, albeit with creaky floors and patio doors that needed some maintenance. The service was a bit inconsistent; while some staff members were exceptional, there were issues like warm water for brushing teeth. The location was right on the promenade, offering easy access for walks, but the bright light from the corridor could be bothersome at night. The dining experience was good with a decent selection, though refilling could have been more prompt. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a fab view and was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The decor was soothing, and the bed was super comfy. However, the windows were filthy, which was a bit off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious with a lovely power shower but slightly on the small side for three people. The service was friendly and efficient, making my interactions pleasant. The location was great, right on the promenade with beautiful views of Douglas Bay, providing a peaceful setting for walks. The dining was delightful with plenty of choices, and the facilities offered met my needs.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering a fantastic sea view. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond my expectations. The central location was convenient, and the dining experience was top-notch with delicious food. However, the restaurant prices were a bit high for my liking.
